General Policies

Contact us toll-free at 1-888-215-5855 prior to placing any orders and we will happily advise you of the anticipated delivery dates for your selected merchandise if you require the order within a specific time frame.

Your Credit Card will be charged when the order is received to start the order process.

If you have a gift card, store credit or promotional saving code you wish to use please indicate this under the additional information and policies section of the shopping cart during checkout and these deductions will reflect on your actual bill after they have been verified, and not the on the automated email order confirmation.

Our site is secure, however if you feel safer placing your online order by phone, call us toll free at (888) 215-5855 and we will be happy to process your order. This method does require a return email or fax from you confirming you have read LadyGolf .Com's Sales, Return & Exchange Policies prior to placing your order, agree to all terms and wish to continue with placing the order.

SIZE AND FIT: All merchandise listed on ladygolf.com refers to U. S. sizing and scales. If you are unfamiliar with any brand size we recommend you contact us so we may assure you order the proper sizes.

Sale merchandise is sold on a first come basis only. You are welcome to contact us to inquire if sale goods are still available but they can not be held.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Lady Golf uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all orders to a US Zip code and to Canada.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY:
Domestic orders will be shipped according to the service selected when merchandise is ready for shipment.
Example: If standard ground service was chosen as the method for shipping, your order will generally deliver within 7 to 10 Business Days after your order has been shipped. Not after the order was placed.

PRIORITY SHIPPING:
Domestic Overnight and Second Day Air Shipments: Your order will deliver next business day or second business day accordingly after it has been shipped. Not after it was placed. If your priority ship products are not in stock, you will be contacted by email and/or phone and we will advise when the products can be shipped for you or suggest alternate in-stock options.

IN STOCK:
Merchandise for domestic orders normally ships within 7 to 10 business days after your online order has been placed.

OUT OF STOCK:
Domestic merchandise backorders usually ship 10-14 days after the order was placed. Items backordered for more than 14 days: Lady Golf will notify the customer via e-mail or by phone with an expected ship date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Lady Golf will attempt to ship international orders the most cost efficient way using the U.S. Postal Service for orders under $200 and United Parcel Service for higher value orders. International orders placed online will not reflect a shipment cost on the confirmation. The actual shipping cost will be calculated based upon order value, weight & package dimensions, ultimate delivery destination and you will be notified by email with the charge for shipping. If you would like to receive a quote prior to placing your order please email us and include the following... 1. all item(s) you wish to order. 2. your full address for delivery. International orders generally have an additional 3 to 5 day credit card verification period before released for shipment. Orders sent using the U.S. Postal Service generally deliver in 10 to 14 days while orders shipped via United Parcel Service deliver in 2 to 3 business days after shipment. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order if you prefer a specific shipping method or require delivery within a specific time frame.

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO: A $10.00 Surchage will be added to the shipping cost for these area's.

    Order Cancellation Policies

    Standard orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by email to info@ladygolf.com, or by sending a fax to Lady Golf at (760)-773-2144
    Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation along with your name. Special Orders for Custom manufactured items and Walter Genuin Footwear may Not be cancelled.

    Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing refunds.

    Warranties

    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
    Lady Golf is committed to providing its customers with products of highest quality and value. All merchandise orders will be inspected prior to shipping by our quality control team and in addition, we request that you also carefully inspect your order upon it's receipt.

    Lady Golf offers a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects.
    Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures discretion.
    In the event there is an occurence of a product defect, we request that you please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve the problem and provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) as well as a return shipping label for qualified merchandise.

    Return Policies

    All returns must be sent back to Lady Golf's main business address:

    REFUND/EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT:
    Please be sure to include instructions with any returns made. Refunds: will be provided for regular priced items received back at Lady Golf's main business address within 14 days from the original date of delivery as long as the items are new, unused, in the original packaging and with all product & price tags attached. The refund will be applied back to the original form of payment for merchandise only, without shipping cost. Items marked "SALE" or "CLEARANCE" are Final Sale and not returnable. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds on qualified returns to be completed.

    EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT:
    is available for regular priced merchandise received back at Lady Golf after the first 14 days and within 30 days from the original date of delivery as long as it is new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product & price tags attached. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee's required for re-shipping merchandise.
    EXCHANGES: Please write EXCHANGE on your package for faster sorting and processing.

    THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED:
    Used Merchandise, Sale Items, Clearance Items, Custom Designed Items, Special Orders, Books/Videos/DVD's, Footwear without original shoebox/packaging.

    Help us avoid unnecessary costs: If shoes are being returned the actual shoe box can not be used as shipping box since this would damage the product's resale ability. A $10.00 box charge will be deducted from your return in addition to any restock charges for returning a damaged shoebox which includes using tape, labels or stickers on the box.

    RESTOCKING FEE'S:
    A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any Walter Genuin Footwear return. Restock charges do not apply to exchanges.

    PACKAGE TRACKING:
    Lady Golf recommends using United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Postal Services or other shippers who offer package tracking and delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your returns for their full value.
    LADY GOLF does not accept responsible for any return packages or merchandise which have been lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please insure your return packages accordingly.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    If you are returning any merchandise please be advised you are responsible for all return shipping charges from your country back to Lady Golf and for any levied duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may be incurred on the package. Prior to processing any refunds which may be due, these additional charges, if any will be subtracted from your total and the balance will be refunded to your credit card.

    REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
    Refusal to claim or accept a package and refusal to make payments on any levied duties, taxes and/or customs charges may result in your local customs offices contacting Lady Golf. To comply with customs regulations, we will charge your credit card accordingly for any outstanding tax, duty, service, brokerage or shipment return payments plus any interest or penalty that may apply. By placing your online order with us you have agreed to comply to all terms of use for www.ladygolf.com and agree and authorize Lady Golf to make these charges to your credit card.

    EXPIRATION OF STORE CREDITS:
    Store credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

    REDEEM A STORE CREDIT ONLINE:

    When you purchase products from our Stores, we may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number(s), credit card and verification information etc. In addition, we collect transaction information related to your purchase such as what you bought, the price you paid, the payment method you used and if the product was on sale. Your online orders email address will automatically be entered into our email database for newsletter updates, special offers and free ship promotional codes. Lady Golf uses SafeUnsubscribe which guarantees the permanent removal of your email address from our mailing lists if at any time you no longer wish to receive these free shipping or promotional offers. This SafeUnsubscribe link will be available at the bottom of every newsletter sent or from our homepage at www.ladygolf.com.
